The Huawei S380-L4T1T is an eKitEngine series gateway. It combines the functions of a router and a Layer 3 managed switch and is equipped with five Gigabit Ethernet ports, including one WAN port and four LAN ports. The maximum switching throughput is 8 Gbps, and the throughput is 2 Gbps. The S380-L4T1T can support up to 200 users and includes DHCP server/client, DNS client, PPPoE client, ACLs, and NAT. Management is performed via a web interface, application, or SSH. It features a desktop enclosure and passive cooling. The gateway has a DC input and is compatible with an external 12V/1A power supply, with a maximum power consumption of only 6.11W. The S380-L4T1T is an entry-level gateway for use in eKitEngine-based networks. It offers high efficiency while maintaining an attractive price and low power consumption.

Built-in controller

The S380-L4T1T can be used as a web-based access control (WAC) for eKitEngine series access points. It can connect up to 32 access points and up to 200 users to the device simultaneously. This product is ideal for offices and even large homes where multiple access points are planned.

Router functionality

The product also functions as a router and supports NAT and DHCP servers. Management is performed via a web interface, application, or SSH. The software allows you to monitor network status and diagnose any problems that may occur during operation.
