The Phone Planet PP-DC04 is a 4G car dash cam designed for vehicle recording, remote monitoring and location-based functions. It combines 3K front recording with a 1080P rear camera, while 4G connectivity enables remote live viewing through a supported mobile network.

The PP-DC04 also supports GPS + BDS positioning, Wi-Fi mobile interconnection, 24-hour parking surveillance, time-lapse recording, loop recording and starlight night vision. Local recordings can be stored on a compatible TF card with a capacity of up to 256 GB.

The PP-DC04 is specified for Asia Pacific 4G networks. A compatible SIM card is required for network connectivity, so mobile-network and SIM compatibility should be confirmed for the intended operator and installation location.

Local recording requires a compatible memory card. The PP-DC04 supports TF cards up to 256 GB, with Class 10, U3 and 100 MB/s performance specified by Phone Planet.

For parking recording while the vehicle is switched off, Phone Planet states that Parking Mode requires connection through a fuse cable. The vehicle installation should therefore support the required parking-power connection.
