Dual-device connection is disabled by default and must be enabled through the UGREEN app before the headphones can maintain connections with two devices simultaneously.

The headphones' USB-C port supports audio transmission. UGREEN states that the supplied USB-C cable can be connected to compatible devices such as phones or laptops for audio transmission, but this cable is not used for charging the headphones.
